Boira Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Nou Baleares Hotel, in the centre of Palma.
We offer a gastronomic proposal based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with fresh, seasonal products and the best flavours of the land. Our gastronomic journey begins at the popular Pere Garau Market, located just a few metres from the hotel, which means that all the produce we buy is local.
Our cuisine looks towards the flexitarian concept, a flexible vegetarian.
This makes it possible to enjoy dishes containing vegetables or pulses, but without renouncing tasting menus that include animal products such as seafood, fish, poultry, meat, cheese or eggs, always of the highest quality.
