After a complete refurbishment, in which the original style of the year of its construction has been preserved, it has re-emerged with the same essence as always and with an outstanding architectural and historical value.
Boira Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Nou Baleares Hotel, in the centre of Palma.
We offer a gastronomic proposal based on traditional Mediterranean cuisine, with fresh, seasonal products and the best flavours of the land. Our gastronomic journey begins at the popular Pere Garau Market, located just a few metres from the hotel, which means that all the produce we buy is local.
